It's great that you've already taken leadership training before. There are 2 key things we want you to know:

1. Taking leadership training isn't a one-time activity. It's not that you will have learned everything you need to know about leadership in one course. Some times you need to learn the same material at different points in your leadership journey. Other times you may need a breakthrough that comes from learning from a different angle or different approach.
2. Leading in 3 Dimensions is exactly what is missing in other leadership training programs and systems. Most people who have taken leadership training are familiar with leading in 1 dimension. We address the missing 2 so you can effectively lead in 3 dimensions.

When we talk, we can share how what you've learned in your leadership training to date can support your progress as you start to lead in 3 dimensions.

Before we wrote Lead Up, Down and Across: The 3 Dimensions of Leadership, it was harder for us to help people understand the concept of leading without having a title or position. It was easy for people to brush off as something someone else could do, but not them. When you consider leadership in 3 dimensions, not being a manager still gives you 2 dimensions to learn to lead in. Those are the 2 dimensions that are missing in leadership and management training to date.
