As a result of years leading people in both the corporate and military worlds, she discovered that there was no clear path designed to set new leaders up for success and this was especially true for women who aspired to be leaders. Having achieved success in one of the most male dominated environments, P.J. has discovered the answers to how to thrive as a woman in leadership.

Andrew's research focused on the connection between technical expertise, business stakeholder engagement and the business value of technical projects. This focus on Change Leadership and Business Transformation at the technical project level was that catalyst for Andrew's book From Technical to Exceptional.
While still working actively in the technical leadership space, with the goal reaching a larger audience in sharing the value of resolving technical issues by aligning, investing in and using the power of people, Andrew continues to speak at conferences, workshops and private corporate engagements.
